what is a good video card to play Lego Star Wars II, Halo 2, Half Life 2, F.E.A.R,...

...Doom etc? I have a list of video cards and I was wondering if any of them would allow me to play the above games smoothly/easily
ATI Radeon x1400 Hypermemory
nVIDIA GeForce Go 6150
ATI Radeon Xpress 1150
Or if any of you have suggestions on video cards that would work well, that would be greatly appreciated.
