I've played the game like 300 hours or so by now. I was flying it the other
day for a change of pace from the Hunter. For some reason I hit L1, then it
fired. Soon after I crashed because I was rather taken back by the
occurrence. Also I was spiraling out of control for some reason already
(why I hit L1 in the first place). I walked up tot he downed chopper, which
ended up landing undestroyed on it's side in a rather cool way, and sure
enough, it was strapped tot he bottom. It's not on the regular Sparrow
either. Or any of the either choppers (I checked).

I discovered it yesterday.

Weird. I just figured that out too; or rather my friend did when I let him fly
it around for a while. Finally beat the damn paramedic mission too.
