Halo 3 vs GTA 4??

Assume that both the games are out for Xbox360 on the same day in 2007, and you have 60 dollars to spend on one game. Both games got super positive reviews and worth buying. Both games have online multi-player, and excellent gameplay.

Which one you are gonna buy? Why?

(please dont answer if you have no idea about Halo or GTA)
