Zelda - Twilight Princess: How do one reach the chest by the south entrance? -spoiler!-

I cannot figure it out.

How does one get to the chest by the south entrance to Hyrule Castle Town
(The backyard. 'Above' the 'pool' where one find the Poe.)

And yeah..
I really dislike that shit.. At least there could have been a bank, like in
Majoras Mask..

Or as I hope to see in the future game(s):

A treasure room... (Kind of like the last room before the last boss.. Only
one should be able to put stuff back in the chest's, if one are full of
something. Like if one got 100arrows, one could put 50 there for some time
it might be needed.. As one always get arrows all over the place...)

Imagine if there was a "treasure"/"storage" room like that in links house?
It would surely have given me a better experience..

I have bad dreams about that line "...so let's put it back" ... ;p
Maybe I should have used the magic armour though.. Nice to have full hearts,
with that spin attack...
