Goron of South Castletown

Hi!
I've been trying to give hot spiring water to the Goron south of
Casteletown (not the one west). I have filled on of my bottles with hot
spring water and I set the bott;e to the "B" button. If I use the "B" button
without targeting the Goron, Link ends up drinking it. If I target the
Goron, Link pours the water on the ground. Could someone please advise?

I think it depends on *where/how* you got the hot water?


Did you perhaps purchase the hot water from a vendor nearby?

or

Did you perhaps bottle the hot water yourself from elsewhere?

And is it even a bottle?

You have to buy a bottle from the goron in right inside the gate in South
Castle Town. Then don't put the bottle on the B button asign it to one of
the other.

(if not then that is part of what you're doing wrong...)

If I recall.. You talk to the goron in question. The Goron
'will know' if you have the hot water or not....

Goron: (`sniff` `sniff`.. I smell hot water)... or some such...

It shall be in a barrel...


Move on, get it later...

Umm...The water in the barrel is for the Goron in the WEST of Castletwon not
South.
