How can I beat STALLORD ( Fossil of the Shadows) Options

I can't defeat Stallord (fossil of the Shadows). I am at the desert
temple where you have to get the dawn mirror. I just have to defeat
Stallord but I don't know how. I talked to Midna and she said that
Stallord has just one fulcrum. She said I have to focus on that
fulcrum. The thing is that I don't know how to make him lose his
balance.

It sounds like you're referring to Twilit Fossil Stallors in the
Arbiter's Grounds, who you fight to reach the Mirror of Twilight.

Stallord balances on that spine, so that's what needs to go. As in
most Zelda "dungeons," use the toy you got in that dungeon :-). A
search for videos on "Twilight Princess" and "Stallord" should get you
some good game footage of the fight. Oh, and once you kill him in the
sand pit, it's not over -- it's a two-stage fight.
