twilight princess, how i get to the heaven?

After the old woman gave me the horse whistle, I gave it to Ilia and
then she told me that I had to find "The Sent to the Heavens", the
person who owns the crook and then i have to tell him to go to know
the old woman.

So, what do I do know? where can I find him or the old woman?

Hidden Villiage, got the horse whistle from Impaz (the old woman), and
given it to Ilia, right? So now you have to go back and talk to Impaz
again, and show her the Dominion Rod. She'll give you an ancient book,
which you should show to Shad. Then you get to go on a "fetch quest"
to fill in the missing bits in the book :-).

Where can you find the old woman? You start by writing: "After the old woman
gave me..."

Have you gone back to the same spot, maybe she is still there?
