zelda-twilight princess Elden questions

I was wondering if anyone has figured out how to get into the south-east
tower of the bridge of Elden? There is a ladder inside (Wii version), but
I can't seem ot figure out how to climb up where the chunk is missing.

Also there is cave up on the cliff at the northern end of the Elden bridge.
It has a lot of lava, broken walkways and horizontal beams of light in it.
I have jumped to 2 different landings without falling into the lava. One
leads to the exit which comes out below the north-west tower of the bridge
(you need the clawhook to get back up). The other just has a few creatures
and no way off. I can see other platforms with stuff on them, but I can't
figure out how to get to them. I have finished the game and have never
needed to go in there, just found it by accident and am very curious what
is in there.

Anyone have any help?

Use the "wand" on the statue on the other side of the brindge, and use it to
fill the gap.





Use your iron boots! The beams of light are magnetic beams.. Just like in
the "temple" you finnished!

Keep at it! In all zeldga games; where ther eis a ladder, one can usually
climb it! I think I never seen a unclimbable one, and I played every game I
have afforded.

I do not fully recall, but I think that if one just put them on, and jump,
one might be to heavy for the beam.. (Not sure about this.)

But if it does not work just jumping, equipt them right before you hit the
beam..
