FS9 won't run anymore

Hello there.
I had A question.

I've installed FS 9, and when I want to start it up it doesn't work, the
splash screen will stay on my screen and it won't start up any further than
this. but my computer doesn't crash.

when I close the splash screen by clicking with my right mouse button on the
icon of FS9 in the bar at the bottom of the screen (I don't now exactly how
you call this bar in english) than windows says that this program isn't
reacting.

I've had FS9 installed before and had no problems at all. but I have
formatted my computer and since than when I installed FS9 it won't start up
anymore.

my drivers are oke and I've runned dxdiag and everything was oke.

Anyone who knows what the solution could be for this problem?????

Try uninstalling it through the "Control Panel/Add Remove Programs" icon.

Use "RegClean" to clean your registry.

Re-boot and re-install FS9.

Should work.
