| Ohh Help Great FS9 Gru's: I uninstalled FS 2004 and deleated all pertanate files, went to re install FS 2004 after all discs were loaded, and I attempt to run I get this message "Aircraft initialization Failure Piper PA-28-181 Archer Dream Fleet -1" When I close this message the game shuts down and will not run. I did have the Flight One Archer Downloaded but I have deleated all the files for this aircraft. Any suggestions I'm a little lost ?? Denis Winters |

I have only seen that error message after I have installed a plane with the sim still running (not recommended practice lol) and then went to fly that particular plane I think it might be cause you removed FS2004 and didnt uninstall the Archer first (I did the same with 2k2,and still have a few things hanging around that I have to get rid of) .My suggestion would be to re install the archer ..If it still causes strife, then uninstall the archer (not just delete the files).I've noticed that most of the payware planes installations are quite involved, putting files such as textomatics in strange locations. I will plug Regvac again,I reckon its a great little piece of freeware that does a good job for nix.It might not help in this case, but it won't hurt either "Denis Winters" <knucks@charter.net> wrote in message news:vv9slt9359ou68@corp.supernews.com... message this |

Uninstall does not remove files and folders that were created by the user i.e. if you added a plane to the aircraft folder or scenery to the addon scenery folder. The uninstall does not remove the Flight Simulator Files folder in My Documents. Uninstall does not remove registray entry's. meh "Bryan" <spammerseatmydust@losers.com> wrote in message news:bt2vfb$1mi2$1@otis.netspace.net.au... the Archer archer quite install have |
