Setting ALT on Airbus A388?

I have the freeware UPS Airbus A388 cargo monstrosity. How do I set the
altimeter when using real world weather? TIA

pressure, as set by the real world weather. This is true for all aircraft
(unless, the B key is reassigned, of course).

However, I do not have cockpit experience in that aircraft to know where
the altimeter setting is manually set.
