Default FS9 Performance questions, blurries and stuff ...

Hi Tom,

Have you tried downloading that Jaguar from Avsim/Flightsim, and seeing
if you can drive it over the bridge in the Sim'?

Regards,
John

Hi Tina,

Do you have a link to those Ruud Faber trees?

John

Salut,

Well, it's week end, maybe trying another brand new add-on ? :-)
so if you don't mind...

R. Faber is making/giving out a.o. the commercial "FScene 2004" (next
to reality) ground textures add-ons
http://www.fscene.com

The trees are inside those files.

Just the Jag' - it's the only way I'll get to drive one! :-)

It's a bit of fun.

On Sun, 7 Mar 2004 07:49:09 +1000 there was darkness, "John Ward"
<johnrmward@optusnet.com.au> floated above the darkness and said :

Filipoff posted the link, but Rudd only has textures, no trees ...
however from a certain altitude, those textures are better than trees
- a lot better!

Yes, I have that one, but haven't yet installed it in FS9.

Yes.

If you like bridges, don't miss out on "Storebæltsbroen" (the Great Belt
bridge), which is even more impressive and, IMO, much prettier.

The link comprises the East Bridge, a 6,790 m long suspension bridge between
Zealand and the small island of Sprogø (1,624 m between the pylons), a 6,611
m long combined rail and road bridge between Sprogø and Funen and an 8,000 m
long immersed rail tunnel between Zealand and Sprogø

I think it's the second longest suspension bridge in the world. And it's all
ours. Half of the Øresund bridge is Swedish ;-)

BTW, there's a FS2002 freeware addon of that one too. May well work with
FS9.
