Which game is better, Need for Speed Most Wanted, Underground by EA games

or Midnight Club by rockstar? Which game u do think is the best (Need for speed most wanted, Need for speed underground or Midnight Club II or III. Taking int consideration of graphics, game play, music, game length and value.
