Distract ability and 2.3

Has anyone experienced any graphical issues with the rogue's distract
ability since 2.3 went live? I am experiencing the distract circle
disappearing when I'm trying to use the ability in range for a mob
about 1/4 of the time. It could be the interface mod I have but I'm
not sure at this point.

No experience with distract like that, but it could be that there's
something behind you character but still in front of the camera that
doesn't actually show up. So one second you're targeting the ground
in front of you then you move a bit and suddenly you're targeting a
transparent piece of stuff hanging in the air behind you. It
certainly happens often enough when you try and use click to move
because you're eating chips with your other hand. Of note it was
doing it to me in Shattrath while trying to move from the bank to the
portals. I'd try and click on a spot in the distance and my character
would turn around and run back into the bank.
